HIGH POINT — Motion that doesn’t look like motion is a frequent request in many retail stores, and Best Home Furnishings is answering the call with its new Revella collection.
Featured prominently in the showroom along with the new upholstery launch with Home Town stars Ben and Erin Napier, the Revella pieces showcase a proprietary incliner mechanism that requires zero wall clearance. However, Best officials note that the signature function is revealed when visitors to the showroom learn that the blue velvet sofa on display is actually a motion product.
“Best Home Furnishings unveiled its new Revella collection this week to an overwhelmingly positive response from retailers and designers,” said Eric Vollmer, senior marketing strategist. “The name Revella is derived from the idea of reveal and revel, celebrating the moment when refined style and hidden comfort are beautifully revealed and reveling in the appealing style. The line bridges the gap between stationary and motion furniture, offering the look consumers want with the comfort they crave.”
Vollmer noted that at the touch of a button, users “experience a smooth, effortless motion with full leg and back support without compromising design.” Additionally, reversible seat cushions, removable back cushions and down-blend accent pillows in the fabric of choice add to the tailored, stationary-inspired aesthetic.
Revella is available in more than 700 fabric and leather options and wood-leg styling on two of the three collections and styles that can be more modern or traditional. The collection is made in the U.S.
