Best Home Furnishing is currently seeking a qualified individual for our Sales and Marketing Coordinator for our team at our Ferdinand Indiana Location. 

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: VP-Sales and Marketing

Job Summary: Coordinates all aspects associated with sales administration.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handles the planning and scheduling of all sales related events, which includes, but not limited to furniture markets, national sales meetings, and department meetings
  • Serves as central contact point for sales management and field sales representation
  • Creates weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Assists sales representatives with questions.
  • Assists all team members in the sales and marketing department.
  • Fosters an environment of trust & respect with peers, leaders, and customers.
  • Assists in the preparation of sales and marketing materials.
  • Available for limited travel
  • All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with particular attention to detail
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams) proficiency
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Possess excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment both internally and externally
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Exhibit highly professional demeanor

Education or experience required: High school or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales/marketing

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 8am-4:30pm
