Best Home Furnishing is currently seeking a qualified individual for our Sales and Marketing Coordinator for our team at our Ferdinand Indiana Location.
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: VP-Sales and Marketing
Job Summary: Coordinates all aspects associated with sales administration.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles the planning and scheduling of all sales related events, which includes, but not limited to furniture markets, national sales meetings, and department meetings
- Serves as central contact point for sales management and field sales representation
- Creates weekly and monthly sales reports
- Assists sales representatives with questions.
- Assists all team members in the sales and marketing department.
- Fosters an environment of trust & respect with peers, leaders, and customers.
- Assists in the preparation of sales and marketing materials.
- Available for limited travel
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with particular attention to detail
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams) proficiency
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Possess excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to work within a team environment both internally and externally
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Exhibit highly professional demeanor
Education or experience required: High school or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales/marketing
