Job Title: Floater/Band-Saw Operator
Reports to: Frames Supervisor

Our Band Saw operators work in a fast pace, high volume, group rate incentive environment.

Job Requirements:

• Cut cardboard
• Use patterns
• Able to follow cutting list
• Able to push wheeler with parts to proper lines.
• Must be willing to float to other lines when production dictates.
• Able to work scheduled hours on a regular basis; teamwork; adhere to quality standards and safety practices
• Will need to be trained and pass lock out tag out process exam
• Lifting up to 40 lbs maximum; 50%-frequent
• All other duties as assigned

• Maintain consistent work pace
• Able to work schedule hours on a regular basis – which could include overtime
• Able to work within a team
• Adhere to quality standards and safety practices as defined in the work instructions
• Possess willingness to cross-train on other jobs as production dictates
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.

Education or experience required: High school or equivalent
