Best Home Furnishings is seeking qualified individuals for Customer Service Representative position. 

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Summary: Ensure delivery of superior customer service through fast and accurate resolution of customer complaints, as well as ensuring that customer satisfaction is attained in resolving product and service-related issues.

Essential job functions include the following:

  • Fields inbound customer support calls and assists customers as needed
  • Deliver resolutions to customers’ needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Receives orders for products and parts
  •  Maintains customer service files and miscellaneous record keeping
  • Process parts orders, which include entering, running labels, record keeping, etc.
  • Coordinates with other departments to resolve issues (Order Entry, Production Scheduling, Logistics, Credit, Billing, Costing, and Quality)
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills
  • Creative problem solving, negotiation, and motivational skills
  • Ability to gain product knowledge in a timely fashion
  •  Attention to detail 
  • Ability to contribute to a team oriented environment
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced work environment
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve our processes
  • Understanding of other areas of the business
  • Experience in Customer Service is a plus

Education or experience required: High school or equivalent
