How can I obtain warranty service for my Best Home Furnishings product?
All warranties are handled through the dealer from which the furniture was purchased. Please contact the dealer for all issues. They will need the ID # from your product(s), which is stapled to the underside of the frame. The ID card is a little larger than a dollar bill and will include: ID #; model #; fabric #; and the manufacture date.

How do I know if my warranty is still valid?
Please refer to your original hangtag. If you no longer have one, or it was not included with your purchased furniture, please contact the dealer from which the original purchase was made. They will need the ID # from your product. The ID card is a little larger than a dollar bill and will include: ID #; model #; fabric #; and the manufacture date.

Can I purchase replacement cushions for my County Line Glide Rocker and Ottoman?
If the models are currently available you will be able to purchase new cushions and ottoman top. Please visit your local authorized Best Home Furnishings dealer to get pricing and to see the wide range of fabric selections to choose from. You will need the style number from your glide rocker and ottoman to place the order.

How do I register my warranty?
Best Home Furnishings does not require a registration for the warranty to be valid, however you are welcome to register your purchase at http://www.BestHF.com/warranty All warranty related services require the I.D. # from your product. The I.D. Card is a little larger than a dollar bill and is stapled to the underside of the frame.
