SUMMARY: Ensure delivery of superior customer service through fast and accurate resolution of customer complaints as well as ensuring that customer satisfaction is attained in resolving product and service related issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Highly effective oral and written communication skills, creative problem solving skills as well as motivational skills; ability to become product knowledgeable in a timely fashion; working knowledge of general office procedures including Microsoft Word & Excel; detail oriented, ability to contribute to a team oriented environment; and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced work environment. Experience in Customer Service is a plus.
