Customer Service Representative

Best is looking for a Customer Service Representative.  The customer service representative responds to customer inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction is attained and to resolve product and service related issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide support and assistance to dealers, outside sales reps, customers, and internal departments.
  • Has the ability to interpret policies, warranties, sales programs, and procedure manuals.
  • Prepare and assist customers and sales representatives with project quotes.
  • Assess customer-related problems or issues to develop and implement appropriate resolution.
  • Respond timely and professionally to customer calls and emails.
  • Possess a strong focus and a sincere desire to assist customers.
  • Foster an environment of trust and respect with peers, other associates, and customers.

Ideal candidate should be: Proficient in PC skills; must be dependable and have a strong work ethic; thrive in a fast paced structured environment, ability to communicate effectively (oral and written), possess a strong attention to detail, and ability to learn product knowledge in a timely fashion.
