Best Home Furnishings is seeking qualified individuals for Frame Assembly.   We are looking for an individual interested in learning a craft at our growing company in Ferdinand.  The frame assembly associate will be helping sub assemble the frames of our beautiful product in a timely fashion to our customer base. 

Essential functions include the following: 

• Sub assemble frames
• Square the frames by installing frame parts
• Use of tools such as staple guns, screwdrivers, impact guns, hammers, pliers, clamps, etc.
• Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:

• Repetitive reaching, pushing/pulling, and twisting
• Maintain a consistent work pace and excel in a fast paced work environment
• Able to work scheduled hours on a regular basis, which could include overtime
• Adhere to quality standards and safety practices as defined in the work instructions
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Possess willingness to cross-train on other jobs as production dictates
• Lifting weight:  25 + lbs. frequent along with 60 lbs. team lifting

Education or experience required:           High school or equivalent
