Required tasks: Memorize numbers & sizes of different products; learn model numbers, components, read tags, & run orders; use shredder to blow fiber into cushions according to guidelines; make sure correct amount of fiber is in each product; use water based glue gun; use stuffing machine to put foam into backs; unload & load product, sort/stage product and/or carts; use of walkie-talkie to communicate; sew product closed by sewing a straight line; other duties as assigned.The position requires the ability to work all scheduled hours including required overtime hours.

Education or experience required: High school or equivalent
