  • Perform research and analysis with the end goal of enhancing Finished goods warehouse processes 
  • Hands-on training and experience in manufacturing process analysis and improvement.
  • Provide solutions to lessen the physical demand of the position, yet not bottleneck the loading process. 
  • Attend and actively participate in team, plant, and project meetings 
  • Development of cost/benefit analysis for process improvement concepts.
  • Compilation of findings and recommendations and presentation of results of the primary project to senior management. 
  • Fulfill all duties in compliance with Best’s safety standards


  • Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process Engineering, or a manufacturing related field 
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Team oriented with excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated 
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher 
  • Be entering your junior or senior year, but will consider other class levels 
  • Have an interest in manufacturing, material science, process control, or automation 
  • Demonstrate excellent oral, written, and communication/presentation skills, and keen attention to detail 
  • Show the capacity to establish connections with others quickly
  • Have strong organizational skills and self-motivated
